Tesselations

A tessellation is a pattern with parts that fit together. If a pattern tessellates that means it’s a pattern with shapes that fit perfectly with no holes or cracks In between. When we worked on geometry, we studied M. C. Escher. He was famous for his tessellations. We also took pictures and found examples.
