I am writing a post about how I was doing in our swimming unit at PE!

Stroke: Breaststroke

I think that I do pretty well when it comes to Breaststroke. I can kick both of my legs at the same time and my breath is taken during the pull phrase of the arm stroke. However, my arms are pulled down all the way down to the hips, making me lose speed. Despite this, I can maintain the glide phrase for more than one second.
