Grade 8 artists decided to shake it up for our final project this year! Taking inspiration from epic cardboard artist Eva Jospin, (check out more of her work here) we designed our very own cardboard forest. In 2 weeks!
First, we outlined tree or branch like shapes onto cardboard and then cut them out. Then we added texture in various ways. And then with the extra cardboard, we created leaves and various branch shapes. Sounds easy enough! However, the challenge was that the whole class had to work together to create the collage – and it had to turn out good, well awesome. (#goals)
And yes! Grade 8 can create a forest! Well done! #teamworkmakesthedreamwork.
