In Silks, it is essential that your body is warmed up so that you don’t incur an injury. Today, Ms. Lauder talked about the importance of having “Body Intelligence”, meaning that we are each aware of the limits of our own bodies. We should know how far to lean into our stretches, how much of our body weight we can push with – if we’re unaware of our bodies, this can be a very dangerous sport!
So our #iSilk-ers are learning; lookin’ good doing it, too. 🙂
