Creativity continues to develop @PreK1a

Creativity is intelligence having fun – Albert Einstien

The Brave Bears creativity is mostly developed through open-ended learning and exploration. Through open-ended learning, they experiment, problem-solve, wonder, set their own goals, make choices, and ask for assistance when needed. Also, the Brave Bears persist when facing difficulties in completing their own initiated activity and apply prior knowledge to a new context.

Here are some ways how the Brave Bears show their creativity using open-ended materials.

Making animal using popsicle sticks and clothespins.

Can you guess what animals the Brave Bears made?

Creating using connectors.

In addition, open-ended learning using open-ended materials supports STEAM learning, which is science, technology, art, and math. How can you be a support in developing your child’s creativity?
