Mia and Rebecca 3C , you’re story is so beautiful. Mia also played the violin I felt nervous because I thought I was doing it wrong.
I love your story!
I also play the violin and I know how it feels.
Jocelyn and Isabella 3C
The story was wonderful . It made us feel like our heart is melting. Jocelyn also plays the violin and is on the 4th grade scales.
I like your story. It was wonderful because you practiced and it made it good.
Thomas 3C SIS that was like the same thing as my drum performance!
I was out on the stage and when got to my seat there was like 10,00 people!
When the song started pa pa pa then I played my piece and I thought I was getting everything wrong but they said that I was the best one in there.
I like how you say all your words clearly, and I liked it very much!!!!
You are really good!!! You did a good job saying your words clearly.
Such an excellent podcast from you – again!
I liked how you described the lady in the room with nice little details. This also reminds me of my first piano exam a long time ago.
I agree that we need to practice to be perfect. I really liked your story.
I that is a wonderful stories good job and practice make perfect
Good job Alisa ! And I liked your story
It also happened to me when I was entering piano duos.
I really liked your story, and I like how you said all the details clearly and beautifully.
I liked your story when you described you nervous on top of the stage when you are trying to play your violin. And I was also nervous when I was going to do singing assembly like you when you played your violin!
This also happened to me before when I went to piano competitions.
I really like your story, and your voice sounds beautiful.
As a violinist who also went through the ABRSM violin exam, I immediately felt your pressure as I listen to your story. I felt the same intensity and atmosphere as I enter the waiting room and exam room as I heard your intro. I still remember those words examiner told me: “Please play A harmonic minor scales in staccato”
I’m glad that you went through your stress and challenge as you play through your strong pieces.
Wonderful story! I loved how you use sensory details to describe the rooms and people, like the glossy wooden-boards and the glasses balanced on the bridge of the examiners nose. It really made the story alluring and much more picturesque. It felt like i was there with you in the room, feeling your nervousness. I also liked your use of recalling the scenes from before and imitating the voices, it gave more voice and context to the story. Beautiful story brimming with emotion.
I haven’t been to an instrument exam of any sort, but your story really lets me feel what you were feeling. Your story is so detailed and interesting to hear about, and i love how you projected your voice with confidence. Loved your podcast 🙂
We found you story very entertaining and easy to understand, also love how you were able to stretch out a few minutes of your life into an amazing story.
Also we were wondering what song you were playing
I really like how you describe your feeling, it’s really detailed
This story make me remember the time when I practiced piano. It’s just as what you’ve show us: it’s hard.
